How and when Leadingenius started
Founded by Anne-Laure Egger-Dormond, a Certified Career and Leadership Coach (PCC ICF) with over 15 years of business and HR experience in various Swiss and international companies in the Suisse Romande region, Leadingenius specialises in tailor-made career and leadership programmes, both for companies and for senior professionals.
