The challenges are different for each individual and our programme is completely adaptable to different seniority levels (entry-level, mid-career professional with several years’ experience, or executive with a long career track).

Duration, content, and format are fully tailored to meet your goals. Our skills assessment programme includes :

  • Initial assessment to deeply understand your personal and professional history and current environment.
  • Psychometric assessment and report on personality and suitability for different job types
  • Discussions and one-on-one coaching sessions to help you gain clarity and focus on your next steps.

A typical skills assessment programme takes approximately two to three months for people who are busy working but can be made more intense (4-6 weeks), if you have more availability and feel this is right for you.

The results of a competency assessment will depend highly on what you put into it and your expectations. The results can be translated into a decision to change jobs, a clearer picture of your career path, the realisation of a dream, further education, a decision to put changes in place, renewed confidence or new motivation in your current job. Knowing what you want to do and where you want to be will give you the strength to lead your career, instead of letting other forces make decisions for you.

The objective of a competency assessment is to stop, take stock of the competencies you acquired throughout your education and career, and outline some ideas for the next phase of your career. Once we have clarified your objective, we summarise all your competencies, experiences, values and preferences. Using a questionnaire*, we..explore the jobs that best fit your profile. Through discussions and exercises, we analyse different options and test their feasibility. Finally, we define your strategy and action plan for which you will decide if, when and how your are ready to put it into motion.

*We use a questionnaire developed by psychologists to fit your profile to potential jobs.

The programme does not rely on one specific model, but rather on a wide HR and industry experience range and, personal career changes. Anne-Laure has built her proprietary programmes and “toolbox” that are adapted to any client’s objectives.

Anne-Laure was trained as a certified professional coach (leadership and corporate coaching) from IDC coaching in Geneva (Switzerland) and accredited by ICF (PCC – International Coaching Federation). Thus, she adheres to all professional coaching standards and has learned a varied set of tools and techniques. She specialises in career and leadership.
